The Illinois Community College System Foundation (ICCSF) has established a strategic procurement program to enhance savings opportunities for the community college system.  The Illinois Community College System Procurement Consortium (ICCSPC) program is designed to leverage the aggregate purchasing  power of our community colleges to bring savings on needed products and services.

The cooperative effort as a system of colleges of the ICCSPC Program will result in coordinated requests for contracts for products and services that will attract the attention of industry-leading vendors and distributors, both nationally and within the State of Illinois.

By consolidating common requirements for products and services utilized by the community colleges within the system, we have the ability to build upon the mission statement "Promise for Illinois" that will result in easing budgetary constraints to further the promise of "high quality and affordable" access to education for all.
